- What counts as a payment
- Every invoice a referred account pays us, monthly or yearly, on any plan, for as long as they stay with us. Not just the first one.
- Who a referral belongs to
- The first link they clicked, for ninety days. If they clicked yours and signed up eleven weeks later, they are still yours; if they clicked someone else's first, they are not.
- Refunds
- If we refund a payment, the commission on it comes back off your balance, never more than you were credited for it. Nothing is clawed back from a payment that stood.
- When you are paid
- Monthly, for what has cleared. Your page in the dashboard shows what is owed and what has been paid, referral by referral, with the numbers and not the names.
- What you cannot do
- Refer yourself or your own company, bid on Murusai in paid search, post the link where it is not wanted, or describe the product as something it is not. Any of those ends the arrangement.
- If you stop
- Your link keeps working and nothing new accrues while you are paused. What you have already earned is still owed to you.
